Energy efficiency and renewable energy sources
- We use 100% renewable energy. Our building is heated with renewable district heating and our electricity comes from renewable energy sources.
- We continuously improve our energy efficiency. We actively monitor our energy consumption and continuously optimise it together with our expert partners. Our goal is to increase our EPC-rating from C to B in the upcoming few years.
- BREEAM In-Use certificate: Our property has achieved BREEAM In-Use Excellent certificate that demonstrates our commitment to sustainable property management.
Sustainable transport and wellbeing
- Easy transport connections: ARC is easy to reach by public transport as well as by private car or bicycle. We offer ample electric vehicle charging points, bicycle parking and shower facilities for commuting cyclists.
- An environment that supports wellbeing: Communal spaces, gym, sea views and nearby green areas offer opportunities for relaxation and refreshment.
ESG guides our operations
- It is important to us that our practices are aligned with our values. Our operations are guided by our ESG programme (Environmental, Social, and Governance), which includes many small and large measures to improve sustainability.
- We also require our service providers to operate responsibly and have their own sustainability programme, the implementation of which we monitor regularly.

- WiredScore is an international certification that assesses the quality of a building’s digital infrastructure and connectivity—much like LEED for sustainable performance. WiredScore indicates how well a building performs in terms of internet connections, mobile networks, and digital readiness.
