Energy efficiency and renewable energy sources
We use 100% renewable energy. Our offices are heated with renewable district heating, and our electricity is generated from renewable sources. We are constantly improving our energy efficiency.
We actively monitor energy consumption and continuously optimize it in collaboration with our partners. Our goal is to raise our energy efficiency rating from the current Class C to at least Class B within the coming years.
BREEAM In-Use Certification: Our property has achieved the prestigious BREEAM In-Use certificate, with an Excellent rating that demonstrates our commitment to sustainable property management.
Sustainable mobility and well-being
Easy accessibility: ARC is easily accessible by public transport, car, or bicycle. We provide plenty of electric vehicle charging points, bike parking, and shower facilities for those who commute by bike.
An environment that supports well-being: Communal spaces, a gym, maritime views, and nearby green areas provide opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation.
ESG guides our operations
It is important to us that our practices are in harmony with our values. Our operations are guided by an ESG program (Environmental, Social, and Governance), which includes a wide range of both small and large-scale measures to improve our sustainability.
We also require our service providers to operate responsibly and maintain their own sustainability programs, the implementation of which we monitor regularly.

Keilaniemi ARC is WiredScore Platinum 100/100 certified. We are proud to announce that Keilaniemi ARC has achieved the highest possible WiredScore Platinum level—earning a perfect score of 100 points.
WiredScore is an international certification that assesses the quality of a building’s digital infrastructure and connectivity—much like LEED does for environmental performance. WiredScore indicates how well a building performs in terms of internet connectivity, mobile networks, and digital readiness.
